Remote .NET Developer II

• The .NET Developer will write and test functional code that meets business needs.
• Analyze situations logically and make informed decisions.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate and guide the design, development, and support of complex enterprise solutions, including deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals and strategic objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Software development experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC is required.
• Database experience including areas such as stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions is necessary.
• Experience using Entity Framework and LINQ is essential.
• Experience developing software requirements, technical specifications, and test scripts is required.
• Experience developing rich user interfaces using tools such as jQuery, Bootstrap, and SPA libraries such as React, Angular, or Blazor is needed.
• Must have the capacity to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable components and analyze root causes and potential solutions.
• The ability to work effectively with others, seek input, feedback, and leverage collective knowledge and skills to solve problems as a team is essential.
• Must possess the skill to think creatively, generate innovative ideas, and approach problems from unique perspectives.
• The ability to assess available options, weigh their pros and cons, and make informed decisions is required.
• Must be ambitious and self-directed with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of database design principles and best practices using Microsoft SQL Server (up to the latest version) is necessary.
• Must stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices, recommending and championing continuous improvements to systems, processes, and methodologies.
• Must identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and dependencies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
• Must work in the eastern time zone.
