Description:
DoseSpot is a PE-backed start-up and a leader in the electronic prescribing software market, seeking a .NET Software Architect to join their team.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities include architecting robust solutions, ensuring best practices, and guiding development teams in implementing high-quality, maintainable code.
The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to design solutions that align with business needs and provide architectural guidance on cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
The candidate will conduct performance optimization and code reviews to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have 8+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on architecture.
Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and Web API development is required.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes is necessary.
Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven design, and serverless computing is essential.
The candidate should have expertise in database design with both Relational and NoSQL Databases.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus is important.
A strong understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect) is needed.
Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and load balancing techniques is preferred.
Healthcare experience is a plus, along with experience working in agile/scrum methodology.
The candidate must be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, manage time, and communicate effectively.
