Description:
DoseSpot is a PE-backed start-up and a leader in the electronic prescribing software market, with its subsidiary pVerify providing an industry-leading insurance verification solution.
The company is experiencing hyper-growth at the intersection of software and healthcare, aiming to improve the healthcare experience for patients and doctors.
The role is for a .NET Software Architect who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
The architect will ensure best practices are followed and guide development teams in implementing high-quality, maintainable code.
Responsibilities include designing scalable, high-performance architectures, defining best practices in system design, collaborating with stakeholders, providing architectural guidance, and conducting performance optimization and code reviews.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on architecture.
Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and Web API development is required.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes is necessary.
Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven design, and serverless computing is essential.
Expertise in database design with both Relational and NoSQL Databases is required.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is needed.
Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus is important.
A strong understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect) is required.
Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and load balancing techniques is necessary.
Healthcare experience is a plus, as is experience working in agile/scrum methodology.
Candidates should be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and communicate well.
