The company is seeking a Senior .NET Engineer to lead the development, strategy, and execution of the Risk Quantifier (RQ) product.
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex software systems while ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
The engineer will mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions that align with business goals.
Collaboration with engineering, UX, and business teams is essential to design and deliver scalable software solutions that meet user needs.
The Risk Quantifier product helps organizations calculate the financial impact of cyber attacks and prioritize resource investments based on financial metrics and ROI.
The ideal candidate should thrive in solving complex technical challenges and have a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5 or more years of proven experience as a .NET Developer with C#.
A solid understanding of relational database design and knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL) is required.
Practical understanding of common design patterns is necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable with version control systems, including branching, merging, and rollback (Git preferred).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of secure software development practices is required.
Good written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Romanian and English are necessary.
Desired skills include experience with CI/CD tools and processes, unit testing, Agile concepts, and a willingness to learn Angular.
A BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
