Description:

Webflow is seeking a Netsuite Administrator to support the Business Technology team.
The role involves partnering with business owners in Accounting and Finance to identify and implement process and system improvements.
Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting the configuration and testing of systems like NetSuite, Blackline, Stripe, Leapfin, Anrok, Workday, and Zip.
The administrator will become an expert in Webflow’s Finance and Accounting processes and help create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
First-level support for finance system users will be provided, with escalation of complex issues as necessary.
The role also includes assisting in data analysis and reporting to support process improvement initiatives.
This is a remote-first position based in Mexico, full-time and permanent, reporting to the Head of IT.
The cash compensation for this role ranges from 507,300 to 667,100 MXN, depending on the candidate’s location and experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Applicants must reside in Mexico.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical or analytical role is required, preferably with exposure to accounting or finance systems.
A basic understanding of financial processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report is necessary, along with a willingness to learn more about finance systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members is important.
