Remote NetSuite Developer

Description:

• Cologix is seeking a NetSuite Developer with extensive software design and leadership experience.
• The role involves implementing and maintaining customizations and integrations for essential corporate systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Daily responsibilities include collaborating with a fully remote North American team, managing major software customization and integration projects, and designing enhancements to meet business needs while ensuring system integrity, security, scale, and performance.
• The developer will guide and support fellow engineers, apply agile methodologies, assist in code reviews, participate in meetings, and work with management on team processes and tools.
• The position requires researching application behaviors to improve performance and stability, ensuring software lifecycle considerations are addressed, and maintaining up-to-date documentation for code and processes.
• The role primarily focuses on development, with some bug and break/fix support for major escalated events.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field is required.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Developer or Software Engineer in a corporate setting.
• Large scale experience in software development, scripting, and project management is necessary.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0, 2.x) and JavaScript is essential.
• Candidates should have thorough knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience developing on enterprise ERP & CRM platforms, including NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, MuleSoft, Java, or similar languages is preferred.
• A positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset are important.
• Proven collaborative experience with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams is required.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is necessary.
• SuiteCloud Developer Certification is a plus.

• The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 USD.
