The company is seeking a Network Engineer to serve as a tier-3 support engineer in a fast-paced operations environment, with occasional project engineering work.
The role requires a solid background in supporting large Campus/Enterprise networks and a customer service mindset.
Responsibilities include resolving network outages, providing ticket updates, creating network documentation, following procedures, liaising between engineering and client staff, developing troubleshooting plans, managing circuit upgrades, performing onsite surveys, and physical installation of network components.
The position is open to remote candidates based in the continental US.
Salary ranges from $75,000 to $150,000 depending on experience level, plus bonuses.
