Description:
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 network support to clients across the globe.
You will administer and manage complex networking solutions in enterprise data centers and remote offices worldwide.
The role requires extensive working experience on Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches along with Cisco ISR Routers.
You must possess expert knowledge of ARP, MAC Address Table, VLAN, Spanning Tree Protocol, Ether channel, Switch Stacking, HSRP/VRRP, Access Lists (ACL), and NAT.
In-depth knowledge of routing protocol configuration and troubleshooting is essential.
Hands-on experience in Enterprise LAN and WAN configuration and troubleshooting is required.
You will implement and configure security devices, including firewalls from various manufacturers (e.g., Cisco ASA/FTD/FMC).
Exceptional hands-on expertise in firewall configurations, security policies, and troubleshooting is necessary.
You should have expert knowledge of Security Technologies, including ACL, NAT, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, and ASA High Availability Failover configuration.
Experience in enterprise network operation, particularly in handling escalations and severity cases, is a must.
Coordination with ISP, clients, and onsite technical teams for troubleshooting network and security incidents is part of the job.
It is good to have experience with any “Software Defined Networking” solution, such as Cisco/Viptela/Versa SD-WAN.
Requirements:
You should have 5 - 8 years of experience in implementing and managing multi-vendor network solutions.
Expert-level experience in Routing, Switching, and Security is required.
Prior experience collaborating with global clients from the US, Europe, and APAC regions is necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
You must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
CCNA or CCNP Certifications are considered an asset.
