Description:
Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
Plan and conduct network upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Perform network troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure high network availability and performance.
Monitor and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT infrastructure components.
Keep up-to-date with emerging network technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements and enhancements to the network infrastructure.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior network engineers.
Document network designs, configurations, and changes in accordance with company standards.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for network incidents and escalations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of [V] years of experience as a network engineer, with a proven track record of designing and managing complex network solutions.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security.
Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques.
Familiarity with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Need to be detail-oriented.
Have network experience with the following vendors: Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba/HPE.
Firmware management experience.
Nice to have: Ubuntu.
Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desired.
Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies is a plus.
