Description:

Everbridge is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Procurement Administrator to join their team.
This role is fully remote and offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK.
The Network Procurement Administrator will be responsible for expanding and maintaining the Anvil/Everbridge Medical Assistance and Security Operations Global Network.
Key responsibilities include researching and vetting providers, onboarding coordination, contract preparation and management, provider communication and support, performance tracking and data management, cost containment analysis, mutual opportunities engagement, relationship management and follow-up, and contract review and renewal support.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or associate degree in a related field is required.
Candidates must have an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this position.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and other database systems is necessary.
Proven time management and organizational skills are required, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks with competing timelines in a fast-moving environment.
Adaptability to changing operational demands and requirements is crucial.
Candidates must possess the ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
