Remote Network Security Engineer

Description:

• Pearl Technologies Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Security Engineer to join their Cloud Infrastructure team in India.
• Responsibilities include deploying and configuring security tools, troubleshooting datacenter networks, managing VLANs and virtualization technologies, overseeing Aruba switches and access points, enforcing network security policies, and collaborating with IT teams to optimize network infrastructure.
• The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 4-5 years of experience in network security engineering.
• Previous experience with HPE/Aruba switches.
• Proficiency in network segmentation, routing, BGP, IPSec, SSL VPN, Sandboxing, Proxy, NAT, syslog, DNS, NAC, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strong knowledge in networking and operating systems like Linux/Unix/Windows.
• Industry-relevant certifications such as CISSP, AWS Security, Azure Security, CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or Fortinet NSE are highly desirable.
