Remote Network Senior Recruiter

Description:

• The Network Senior Recruiter at Intellect will be responsible for expanding the global mental health provider network by sourcing clinical psychologists, counsellors, coaches, and helpline professionals.
• Leading a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets by developing strategic hiring plans and refining recruitment processes.
• Conducting local market research to understand hiring requirements, regulations, and compensation rates.
• Overseeing all steps of recruiting, including job descriptions, managing job advertisements, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels and updating the Applicant Tracking System.
• Ensuring an outstanding hiring experience for all candidates and maintaining strict confidentiality of clients' information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Previous experience in hiring for startups and managing a team.
• Ability to recruit full-time, part-time, and freelance positions.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in creating and analyzing recruitment reports, improving hiring processes, and managing databases.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
