SafelyYou is a mission-driven company focused on developing artificial intelligence to support care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, Dementia, and other cognitive impairments.
The company is seeking an experienced Network Solutions Engineer to support the deployment of their solutions at customer facilities.
Responsibilities include pre-sale support, installation and service enablement, and ongoing support for network-related cases.
The role involves supporting sales demos, conducting network assessments, and ensuring quality installation and validation of on-premises equipment.
The engineer will act as the primary lead for network-related cases and develop troubleshooting playbooks for support teams.
The position requires effective communication with customers and collaboration with engineering teams to improve service availability.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience deploying hardware within customer networks and remotely managing deployments.
A minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator is required.
Proficiency in LAN and WLAN network architecture, DHCP, VLAN, static routing, and IP addressing is essential.
Hands-on experience with WiFi site surveys, RF analysis, and integrating with customer network security technologies is necessary.
Advanced Linux system management skills, including experience with NVIDIA GPU and network interface configuration, are required.
Candidates should possess strong customer communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience is required.
Nice to have: CCNP certification, experience with automation and QA via scripts (Ansible, Python), and project management experience.
