Description:
As a Network Support Engineer for Faptic Technology's Managed Services clients, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of clients' networks by supporting their cryptography solution.
Your role will involve managing and resolving incidents by analyzing issues, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting cryptography solutions and IPSec VPN solutions.
You will provide technical support to customers via phone, email, ticketing system, and automation, as well as support major incident investigations and real-time client communication for critical issues.
Additionally, you will respond to service requests, manage changes, configure, plan, install, maintain, and optimize cryptography network devices, and document network configurations and procedures for knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting IPsec VPNs, OSPF, and BGP in enterprise environments.
CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent certification.
Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting IPsec VPNs using platforms like Cisco Secure Firewalls, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto Networks, or similar.
Proficiency in PKI concepts, SSL/TLS protocols, network security principles, and network monitoring tools.
Knowledge of networking concepts, load balancers, HTTP Protocol, DNS, and dynamic routing protocols.
Solid analytical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
