Description:

As a Network Support Engineer, you will ensure availability, security, and performance of clients' networks by supporting their cryptography solution.
Responsibilities include managing and resolving incidents, responding to service requests, managing changes, and documentation.
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, ticketing system, and automation.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
Create end-user documentation for known issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting IPsec VPNs, OSPF, and BGP in enterprise environments.
CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent certification.
Hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting IPsec VPNs using platforms like Cisco Secure Firewalls, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto Networks, or similar.
Proficiency in PKI concepts, SSL/TLS protocols, network security principles, and network monitoring tools.
Knowledge of networking concepts, load balancers, HTTP Protocol, DNS, and dynamic routing protocols.
Strong analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
