Remote (NGP) AI Practice Principal

Description:

• The position is for an AI Practice Principal at Netguru, located in Poznań, Greater Poland Voivodeship, on a contract basis.
• The role involves designing, developing, and implementing agentic voice bot solutions using the Cogniy AI platform.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define voice interaction flows and user experiences, optimizing voice recognition, conducting testing and quality assurance, and monitoring user interactions for improvements.
• The position is fully remote, with working hours aligned to Central European Time (CET).
• The contract starts on May 31, 2025, and ends on November 26, 2025.
• The project industry is focused on mobility, and the rate is up to 44 EUR/hour (B2B).

Requirements:

• Candidates must have around 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to translate larger problems into manageable pieces and troubleshoot product issues.
• Candidates should demonstrate solutioning capabilities, handling large end-to-end cross-cutting problems and selecting sustainable solutions.
• Proficiency in coding is necessary, including creating reusable components, identifying codebase issues, and ensuring comprehensive testing, with deep knowledge in ML/AI strategies.
• Design skills are essential, including the ability to design end-to-end services and model complex data problems independently.
• Candidates must have experience in driving decision-making for tech stack and architectural components.
• The ability to independently plan complex projects, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure end-to-end delivery is required.
