Remote (NGP) iOS Tech Lead

Description:

• Work with a global digital banking institution that provides online banking solutions to private individuals, institutional, and corporate clients worldwide.
• The role involves completing unfinished features to meet the Q1 launch timeline, conducting code reviews, integrating internal and third-party APIs, and enhancing app functionality using Swift.
• Responsibilities also include ensuring quality assurance and security, utilizing AI for app features, and preparing for post-launch maintenance with a smaller team.
• The position is fully remote, with a contract type of B2B, and a project length expected to last until the end of April, with a possibility of extension.
• The hourly rate for this position is up to 39€.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in iOS development, with at least 2+ years in a tech lead role.
• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Combine is required.
• Strong knowledge of iOS SDKs, design patterns (e.g., MVVM, VIPER), and app architecture is essential.
• Expertise with Xcode, CI/CD pipelines, dependency managers, RESTful APIs, and app distribution via TestFlight is necessary.
• A focus on clean, maintainable, and testable code, along with experience in Unit Testing (XCTest) and UI Testing, is expected.
• Proven experience in leading iOS teams, mentoring developers, and managing delivery timelines is required.
• Candidates should be skilled in task delegation and conducting code reviews.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, and QA teams in agile environments are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities are necessary for this role.
