Description:

Netguru is seeking a (Senior) Node.js Developer with Arabic language skills to join their team.
The position is fully remote, allowing freelancers to choose their working hours and locations.
The company has a diverse workforce from over 15 countries and has collaborated with more than 800 clients globally.
The role involves designing and implementing clean, efficient, and secure software solutions, assisting partners with API integrations, and documenting processes thoroughly.
Candidates are expected to maintain and develop their software knowledge while mentoring other team members.
The working hours are set for a Sunday-Thursday schedule, with Friday and Saturday off.
The salary for the senior position is up to 25 USD/hour on a B2B basis.
The start date is as soon as possible for a long-term project.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related fields.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working remotely with a proven track record of self-management and accountability is required.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Node.js/Nest.js is essential.
An in-depth understanding of web application architecture and design principles for scalable applications is necessary.
A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is required.
Experience in designing and optimizing databases, including skills in query optimization, scaling, and data modeling, is needed.
Advanced knowledge of Docker and AWS is mandatory.
Proficiency in English at a C1 level is required.
Native Arabic language skills are considered a plus.
