Remote NGP (Senior) UX Writer

Description:

• Netguru is seeking a Senior UX Writer to join their Talent Marketplace, offering access to diverse project-based opportunities and collaboration with various companies and industries.
• The role involves working on challenging projects, focusing on user-centered content design in the Trust and Safety domain, including reworking notices and policy development in International British English.
• The position requires a candidate with exceptional writing, editing, and linguistic skills, as well as experience in user-centered product writing for software, web, or app-based products.
• The Senior UX Writer will be responsible for creating content for multi-disciplinary projects, utilizing UX Writing methodologies based on User/Market Research and feedback.
• The candidate must have knowledge of localization tools, best practices in accessibility, online technology, web and mobile UI, and the ability to explain and justify decisions to the team and clients.
• The role also involves translating legal language into user-friendly content and potential future chatbot content support.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer or in a similar role in an agency or product company.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in US & British English.
• At least 4 years of experience in user-centered product writing for software, web, or app-based products.
• Experience creating content for multi-disciplinary projects.
• A portfolio of UX Writing examples demonstrating a deep understanding of UX-focused writing and strategy creation based on User/Market Research and feedback.
• Experience with localization tools and knowledge of best practices in accessibility.
• Knowledge of online technology, web and mobile UI.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UX Writing methodologies, including research, data, and testing.
• Full understanding of the importance of User feedback.
• Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to explain and argue decisions to the team and clients.
• EU residence (Client requirement).

Benefits:

• Hourly rate up to 23€.
