The NOC Engineer (Level 1) will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Airalo's telco and business operations around the clock.
Responsibilities include performing 24/7 monitoring of telco and business metrics, maintaining coordination with stakeholders, conducting API and network health checks, overseeing eSIM stock levels, and managing incident responses.
The role requires documenting incidents and outages, communicating with suppliers, and assisting in financial reconciliation processes.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment are essential.
Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management platforms is required.
Technical proficiency in reading technical logs, transferring eSIM files, and configuring visual dashboards is necessary.
