Remote Node.js Developer (Media SaaS)

Description:

• The Ukrainian media product is seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to collaborate on developing new features and enhancing a media platform for delivering fresh and reliable news.
• The platform allows various media outlets to distribute fresh news to selected systems and resources.
• You will be part of a cohesive team of talented and ambitious Ukrainian specialists, including PM, Back-end, Front-end, QA, and web designers.
• Responsibilities include refining the product's architecture and functionality, strategizing the project, brainstorming actively with the team, and developing and managing the BE part of the project while determining the optimal architecture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Understanding of server architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Profound knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Strong experience working with Node.js.
• Proficiency in Git.
• A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a plus.
• Experience with Ember.js is a bonus.
• Sense of humor and a love for the arts are appreciated.
