As a Node.js Engineer, you will take full ownership of the solutions you deliver, from design and infrastructure through coding, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure product stability, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
The role involves leveraging AI-powered tools and methodologies to drive efficiency, automation, and business value.

Requirements:

You must have proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining Node.js applications in production, with a strong understanding of modern backend architectures.
A demonstrated ability to take full responsibility for the lifecycle of what you build, including infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring, is required.
Experience in product-centric environments with a focus on delivering business outcomes rather than just completing technical tasks is essential.
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools (e.g., code generation, automated testing, monitoring, analytics) and a passion for leveraging AI to solve business challenges is necessary.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
A commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and driving innovation, especially leveraging AI to create business impact, is expected.
