Description:

Northflank is seeking a talented Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team of passionate professionals.
This position is remote and based in Argentina.
The role involves architecting and maintaining the robust cloud infrastructure that powers Northflank's platform.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions, managing and optimizing a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure), and maintaining a secure multi-tenancy stack for self-service users and Enterprise customers.
The engineer will develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for internal and customer-facing platforms, implement and manage container orchestration systems (e.g., Kubernetes), and ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery of systems.
Collaboration with development teams to streamline deployment processes and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering is required.
Direct experience using EC2, VMs, Linux Kernel, KVM, Prometheus, and Grafana is necessary.
Strong proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is essential.
Experience with more than one of the following technologies is required: Rancher, GKE, EKS, AKS, OpenShift, OpenStack, Tanzu, or CloudFoundry.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Typescript, Rust, Python, or Bash is needed.
A solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices is mandatory.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $75k-$150k.
The role is fully remote, providing flexibility in work location.
