Description:
The OEM Technical Solution Architect is responsible for identifying optimal technical solutions to business needs defined by business architects.
This role involves working through discovery, build, and delivery phases to ensure solutions meet customer needs while being supportable, scalable, and commercially valuable for Keyloop.
The architect will collaborate with the Keyloop team, including Brand Directors, Business Architects, and Programme Management, acting as a technical solutions expert.
Direct collaboration with Business Units, IT departments, and third-party partners of Keyloop’s OEM customers is essential, including participation in discovery workshops and development reviews.
The architect will identify recurring requirements that can be addressed by common platform services and produce clear architectural documentation for multiple stakeholders.
Working with engineering teams to refine requirements and provide accurate development plans and estimations is a key responsibility.
The role includes acting as a key stakeholder throughout the product lifecycle, supporting engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and facilitating customer sessions.
Continuous improvement in working practices and technology usage is encouraged.
The architect will advocate for Keyloop’s capabilities to a broad range of OEM contacts beyond current engagements.
A comprehensive understanding of the Automotive IT landscape, including OEM systems and Keyloop’s product offerings, is necessary.
Close collaboration with Functional Management is required to ensure strategic alignment.
The architect should be inquisitive about Keyloop’s DMS capabilities and understand how solutions will interact with them.
Knowledge of other available solutions in the marketplace and their value propositions is important.
Developing and maintaining an understanding of the OEM landscapes surrounding Keyloop is essential.
Requirements:

A strong understanding of technical solutions and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is required.
Experience in collaborating with business units, IT departments, and third-party partners is essential.
