Welcome is a travel tech startup founded in 2015 in Athens, Greece, that redefines travel experiences by providing personalized in-destination services.
The company has expanded from 200 to 350 destinations and serves over 2.5 million travelers annually.
As an Operations Business Intelligence Analyst, you will coordinate multiple projects within the operations landscape, combining strategic business acumen with data analytics proficiency.
You will report to the COO and play a crucial role in optimizing operations and enhancing data-driven decision-making processes.
Responsibilities include translating business needs into actionable solutions, guiding operations teams based on analytical insights, and developing Power BI dashboards.
You will also coordinate various projects, analyze operations performance, and develop forecasting models in collaboration with the COO.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Math, Data Analysis, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Operations, business analytics, consulting, or finance, preferably in a fast-paced organization.
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of quantitative fundamentals and adaptability to different platforms and tools.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is necessary.
Proficiency in SQL is a must, along with strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
A willingness to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes and the ability to operate independently.
Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly growing operations organization are essential.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, are required to explain processes clearly.
