Description:

  • The role is for an Oracle Cloud Analyst - OTC (Order-to-Cash), working remotely from Malaysia.
  • You will serve as a key contact and knowledge base for both the IT team and business users, focusing on Oracle Cloud’s Order-to-Cash (OTC) module.
  • Responsibilities include gathering and defining business requirements, supporting ERP production issues, managing system changes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audits.
  • You will collaborate with global teams, support month-end and year-end close activities, and drive system implementations across the business.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for business users and IT teams for Oracle OTC-related issues.
  • You will facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, translating findings into Business Requirements Documents and Functional Design Documents.
  • The role involves designing, configuring, testing, documenting, and supporting system changes, managing their impact across global business segments.
  • Daily support for ERP production issues is required, ensuring resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • You will partner closely with peers, system implementors, and application-managed services to drive successful system changes.
  • Support for month-end and year-end close activities is necessary, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementation is required.
  • Expertise in the Oracle OTC module, with strong hands-on experience in Fusion Extracts, OTBI Reports, and BI Publisher is necessary.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or semiconductor/hi-tech industries is highly preferred.
  • The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams and remote stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to support global time zones, including US West Coast hours, is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are a must.
