Description:
The role is for an Oracle Cloud Analyst - OTC (Order-to-Cash), working remotely from Malaysia.
You will serve as a key contact and knowledge base for both the IT team and business users, focusing on Oracle Cloud’s Order-to-Cash (OTC) module.
Responsibilities include gathering and defining business requirements, supporting ERP production issues, managing system changes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audits.
You will collaborate with global teams, support month-end and year-end close activities, and drive system implementations across the business.
You will act as the primary point of contact for business users and IT teams for Oracle OTC-related issues.
You will facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, translating findings into Business Requirements Documents and Functional Design Documents.
The role involves designing, configuring, testing, documenting, and supporting system changes, managing their impact across global business segments.
Daily support for ERP production issues is required, ensuring resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
You will partner closely with peers, system implementors, and application-managed services to drive successful system changes.
Support for month-end and year-end close activities is necessary, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementation is required.
Expertise in the Oracle OTC module, with strong hands-on experience in Fusion Extracts, OTBI Reports, and BI Publisher is necessary.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience in the manufacturing or semiconductor/hi-tech industries is highly preferred.
The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams and remote stakeholders.
Flexibility to support global time zones, including US West Coast hours, is required.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are a must.
