Remote Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect - Remote

Description:

• DMV IT Service LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect for a remote, full-time position.
• The role involves providing ongoing support, integrations, testing, and future module implementations for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• The candidate will serve as the Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Responsibilities include leading technical teams, collaborating with stakeholders, designing and implementing integrations, and developing customizations using Oracle HCM tools.
• The position requires addressing system issues, enhancing performance, and overseeing the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with other systems.
• Ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, as well as documentation of system configurations and best practices, are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 5 years of in-depth experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including a deep understanding of its modules and functionalities.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Fast Formulas, HCM REST APIs, Workflows, Page & Application Composers, and Visual Builder Studio is required.
• Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries is essential.
• A strong familiarity with OIC Integrations and cloud computing concepts, including SaaS and PaaS, is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are also needed.
