Talentus is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Security Analyst to join their team, working remotely in LATAM.
The role involves ensuring that access requests are well-documented, understood, and escalated to management when necessary.
The analyst will regularly audit system access to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.
Compliance with security guidelines among employees must be ensured, with non-compliance issues escalated as required.
The candidate will develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, assets, facilities, and regulatory requirements to effectively manage security risks.
Continuous monitoring and periodic updates to security program materials are required to ensure quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
The analyst will prepare for and participate in both internal and external security audits.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Security, Business Continuity, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in security data management is necessary.
Proficiency in reporting tools such as OBIEE, data manipulation, and advanced Excel skills is essential.
A strong understanding of risk management disciplines, including information security, IT risk, vendor risk, and operational risk, is required.
In-depth knowledge of security policies and information systems is necessary.
The ability to analyze and report security incidents and perform root cause analysis is required.
The candidate should be innovative, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and geographies are essential.
Experience participating in security audits and driving operational improvements is required.
