The company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Operations Analyst to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
The role involves developing and maintaining reports, identifying process inefficiencies, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and automating workflows to minimize delays in the order management system.
The analyst will collaborate with various departments to enhance order operations and streamline processes.
Key responsibilities include reporting and analysis, process troubleshooting and improvement, workflow automation, collaboration and support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in order operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or other reporting and data analysis tools are necessary.
Understanding of data visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
Experience with order management systems (OMS) and workflow automation tools is required.
The ability to troubleshoot operational issues and identify opportunities for improvement is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed for effective collaboration across departments.
Candidates should be self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Intellectual curiosity and research abilities are important.
