The Software Support Engineer will execute the go-to-market strategy for the Rebuy Partnerships organization.
Responsibilities include providing technical support for Merchants and Partners, creating and updating documentation, preparing reports on technical issues, resolving complex technical issues, installing and upgrading software, coordinating with other departments, troubleshooting software and network problems, and suggesting improvements to work processes.

Requirements:

A BS degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a JavaScript environment is required.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular is necessary.
Excellent CSS skills and a strong understanding of HTML are essential.
Understanding of browser developer tools for debugging, testing, and optimizing is required.
Knowledge of performant SaaS environments is important.
Candidates must demonstrate excellence in listening and communication skills.
Strong time-management and organizational skills are necessary.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams is required.
Candidates should be self-motivated, driven, and willing to take ownership and responsibility.
An ambitious problem solver and proactive self-educator is preferred.
