The Software Support Engineer will execute the go-to-market strategy for the Rebuy Partnerships organization.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and supporting core features and services, addressing Merchant and Partner issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure a consistent end-user experience.
Key tasks involve providing technical support through an internal ticketing system, creating and updating documentation, preparing reports on technical issues, resolving complex technical problems, installing and upgrading software, coordinating with other departments, troubleshooting software and network issues, and suggesting process improvements.

Requirements:

A BS degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a JavaScript environment is required.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular is necessary.
Excellent CSS skills and a strong understanding of HTML are essential.
Candidates should have knowledge of browser developer tools for debugging, testing, and optimizing.
An understanding of a performant SaaS environment is required.
Demonstrated excellence in listening and communication skills is necessary.
Strong time-management and organizational skills are essential.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external teams is required.
Candidates should be self-motivated, driven, and willing to take ownership and responsibility.
An ambitious problem solver who proactively seeks to improve their understanding and skill set is preferred.
