Description:
A PAM Security Engineer II is needed to support the Experian global Identity & Access Management team in the PAM (Privileged Access Management) space.
The role involves handling differing technologies such as CyberArk PAS, CyberArk EPM, CyberArk WPM, and Centrify on Linux, Windows, and MAC environments globally across different regions, both on-premises and in cloud environments.
The engineer will report to the Sr. Systems Security Manager and will be responsible for vulnerability management, OS and application support, and availability.
Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of new functionalities on PAM systems, creating internal documentation for those functionalities, and supporting existing processes associated with Privileged Access Management activities.
The role requires collaboration with Cyber Security teams, service desk leads, systems engineering, network security, audit, application developers, and other internal systems administrators' teams.
Key responsibilities include performing critical analysis on information from multiple sources, supporting IAM transformation on IDM-PAM technology expansion, resolving issues within PAM platforms, ensuring system health, patching, and vulnerability support across different PAM systems, recommending adjustments to technical requirements, minimizing interruptions within IDM-PAM systems, prioritizing specifications based on value, providing on-call support, and supporting compliance activities for PAM controls.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IAM & PAM product support, such as CyberArk, Secret Server, Centrify, OKTA, Sailpoint, Saviynt, or similar.
Working knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies such as Active Directory (AD), Azure, AWS, LDAP protocols, and authentication & authorization across on-prem and cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and common utilities to provide infrastructure support and implement PAM controls, especially on the UNIX side.
A background and understanding of Cloud concepts on AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
Experience with networking concepts such as TCP-IP to troubleshoot and support application issues.
Familiarity with modern PAM-IDM concepts and best practices.
Knowledge of the Incident Response lifecycle and ITIL concepts.
