Description:
The PAM Solution Architect Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support for enterprise IAM security architecture objectives.
Develop a comprehensive PAM strategy aligned with the organization's business and IT strategy.
Create a detailed PAM reference architecture covering all necessary components and technology stack recommendations.
Establish robust PAM standards and policies for access control, credential management, monitoring, auditing, and compliance.
Perform a current state assessment and gap analysis for existing PAM implementations.
Develop a multi-year implementation roadmap with key initiatives and milestones.
Provide baseline architectural artifacts including requirements documents and reference architecture diagrams.
Define the technology stack and recommendations for PAM technology.
Create a framework for assessing PAM controls coverage across platforms and environments.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience architecting PAM platforms like CyberArk, HashiCorp, BeyondTrust.
5-7 years' experience engineering PAM platforms.
Experience with cloud-based authentication engines such as Okta.
Hands-on experience with IAM protocols like OAuth and SAML.
Experienced in applying PAM to secure Windows Administrative environments and Active Directory.
Familiarity with IAM functions like role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and certifications.
Ability to work with PAM systems like BeyondTrust Password Safe, OneIdentity Safeguard, CyberArk.
Experience in applying Privileged Access Management in Cloud environments like Azure, AWS.
Demonstrable track record in architecting and engineering PAM services within a large global enterprise.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree and cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc.
