Description:

The position is for a Part Time Data Analyst for an architectural studio, which is a remote opportunity available worldwide.
The primary responsibility is to handle data significantly and create reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
The ideal candidate will work in a PowerBi and Excel environment to manage custom data needs.
Data will be sourced from various platforms, including Quickbooks, Procore, and spreadsheets, which may have different formats.
The reports generated will be used by upper management to monitor data in real time, aiding in decision-making and improving the speed of those decisions.
The existing framework for data handling is partially complete, and the candidate will be expected to finish, update, and continuously improve it.

Requirements:

Candidates must be proficient in PowerBi and Excel to effectively manage and analyze data.
The ability to create data flows from multiple platforms with varying formats is essential.
The candidate must be able to work aligned with the hours of 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.
