Description:

The role is for a Part-Time Senior Web Designer & Developer, working 20 hours per week.
The salary ranges from AUD $1500 to $1750 per month, equivalent to PHP 50,000 to 63,000 per month.
There is an opportunity to grow to a full-time position (40 hours per week).
The start date is as soon as possible, pending project start.
The working hours are flexible and remote, based on deliverables.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a strong digital portfolio and be technically skilled.
They should be comfortable working on sensitive and socially impactful projects.
The candidate must be proactive and independent, able to manage projects as needed.
Key tech stack experience includes:
Proficiency in WordPress, including custom themes, plugins, and optimization.
Experience with WooCommerce or Shopify for eCommerce integration.
Knowledge of membership portal management using WordPress plugins or custom solutions.
Understanding of SEO and accessibility, specifically WCAG compliance.
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices, focusing on user-centric design and conversion optimization.
Preferred experience includes:
Website project management and proposal writing.
Experience working with not-for-profits, charities, advocacy groups, or purpose-driven organizations.
Expertise in content migration and structuring large-scale websites.
Strong skills in budgeting, timelines, and deliverables management.
Clear communication and documentation skills.
Benefits:
The position offers competitive compensation of AUD $1500 to $1750 per month, equivalent to PHP 50,000 to 63,000 per month.
