The role is for a Web Developer with strong Webflow and/or Framer experience to support the team on a part-time, freelance basis (around 5 hours per week) over the next 3 months.
The position is flexible and remote-friendly, ideal for freelancers or developers looking to collaborate with a creative agency on impactful projects.
Responsibilities include designing and building responsive, visually engaging websites using Webflow and/or Framer, transforming design mockups into functional web experiences, and working collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and feedback, optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness, and troubleshoot bugs while maintaining existing websites as needed.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience using Webflow and/or Framer is required.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong design sensibility and technical skills is essential.
Candidates must have a solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX best practices, and modern web trends.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus but not required.
Comfort using design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch is necessary.
Experience with animations, custom components, and basic integrations is considered a strong plus.
