Description:
Teramind is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to support the Brazilian Partner Ecosystem.
The role involves collaborating directly with partners to ensure their success and onboarding new partners.
Responsibilities include understanding and responding to partners' pre/post-sales needs, accelerating the onboarding process, and scaling the function long-term.
The engineer will showcase technical expertise in sales presentations, product demos, and technical evaluations.
The position requires proficiency in English and Portuguese, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity technology.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software, specifically in cybersecurity and/or workforce management is required.
Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments is necessary.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure, is essential.
Candidates must possess strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies, Docker, and PostgreSQL is required.
Clear execution and superior attention to detail, organization, time management, and prioritization skills are necessary.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
Availability for 2-3 trips a year is expected.
