Description:
The People Data Analyst at EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) will play a crucial role in building data solutions that support workforce planning and talent strategy.
This position involves working closely with the People, Culture & Sustainability (PC&S) team to ensure that people data drives meaningful, strategic decisions across the organization.
The analyst will develop dashboards, refine data pipelines, and work on projects that impact EFG’s approach to people and culture.
The role focuses on transforming HR data into insights that empower the team and facilitate smarter decision-making.
The analyst will support the build-out of a full People Analytics Data suite, contributing to a data-first culture in HR.
Responsibilities include dashboard development, data pipeline innovation, ad-hoc analytics, and responsive data support.
The analyst will also guide junior talent, foster best practices, ensure data governance and security, and maintain data integrity.
Requirements:
The candidate must be skilled in dashboard development using Tableau to create clear and accessible data visuals for strategic decisions.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is required for data pipeline expertise and seamless data integration.
The analyst should have analytical rigor, focusing on descriptive and diagnostic analytics related to workforce planning and talent metrics.
Advanced skills in SQL and Python are necessary to transform raw data into structured insights.
Experience in stakeholder engagement is essential, with the ability to share insights with senior leaders effectively.
Clear communication skills are required to turn data findings into actionable insights that support data literacy.
Knowledge of HR systems like BambooHR or HiBob is necessary to ensure data reliability for reporting and analysis.
Proficiency in managing Jira data requests is required for responsiveness and accuracy in tasks.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and Github is a must, with DBT being a nice-to-have.
