Jobgether is seeking a People Data Analyst to work remotely from the United States.
The role involves driving data-informed decisions to support people-related functions within the organization.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining self-service reporting capabilities and providing insights to enhance the employee experience.
The analyst will collaborate with people leaders and other teams to ensure that people data is accessible, actionable, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Key accountabilities include developing self-service reporting using tools like Looker, responding to ad hoc reporting requests, maintaining custom report catalogs, and designing complex reporting solutions.
The analyst will also work to improve data quality in HR systems, stay updated on HR platform features, lead testing of new reporting features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with data analysis and visualization tools, preferably Looker.
Proven experience with Workday reporting and building data models from complex sources is required.
Proficiency in SQL and foundational statistical methods for data analysis is necessary.
The ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights through dashboards and reports is essential.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a cross-functional environment are required.
Excellent customer service orientation and a track record of delivering accurate results are important.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,900—$154,000 USD, depending on location.
