Description:

Zscaler is seeking an experienced People Technology - AI Transformation Lead to join their People Technology team in San Jose, California.
The role involves owning and executing the “Future of Work” roadmap, ensuring the integration of AI-driven solutions within the People & Culture (P&C) function to enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee experience.
The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools that revolutionize P&C systems and processes.
The position requires operationalizing future of work use cases and embedding them into employees’ daily workflows for maximum adoption and impact.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in implementing and integrating P&C technologies, with proven success in deploying AI-powered HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or Glean.
An advanced degree in HR, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields is required, along with familiarity in AI/automation concepts like predictive analytics or machine learning.
Strong proficiency in creating engaging executive-level presentations using PowerPoint or G-Slides and developing strategic roadmaps for leadership is essential.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach to leading projects and initiatives in fast-paced, innovative environments is necessary.
