Description:

A national bank, the 5th largest private bank in Brazil, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior Data Analyst to join their team.
The role involves implementing the Audit by Design program within the technology area.
Responsibilities include designing and operationalizing automated audit trails focused on risks, compliance, and innovation.
The Data Analyst will participate in structuring and evolving the Audit by Design program in collaboration with technology and business areas.
The position requires developing and implementing automated agents in the development pipeline (CI/CD) to ensure adherence to risk and compliance criteria from the outset.
The analyst will map, assess, and prioritize technological risks across various system and product journeys.
Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical areas, the analyst will promote alignment and engagement in the program.
The role includes proposing and executing strategies for continuous audit automation in systems and processes.
The analyst will utilize data analysis tools, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to predict, identify, and mitigate risks.
Producing and presenting clear and actionable risk and audit reports is also a key responsibility.
The analyst will promote a culture of "risk by design" and "auditability" from the conception of systems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, and Jupyter, as well as machine learning tools like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or low-code AI platforms.
Knowledge of automation and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps is required.
Familiarity with secure development concepts (DevSecOps) and data governance is essential.
It is considered a differential to have knowledge of modern architectures (cloud, microservices, APIs).
Knowledge in managing technological risks and frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, and LGPD is desirable.
Familiarity with system auditing, information technology, information security, or IT governance is also a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this role.
