Description:

We are seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Data Analyst – Forecasting & Automation to join our team.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in data analytics and a passion for turning numbers into insights that drive supply chain efficiency and smarter inventory planning.
Candidates will begin with a one-month paid trial period, during which they will receive $400 USD and work on real projects.
At the end of the month, one successful candidate will be selected to join full-time, at which point they will begin receiving the full salary.
As a core member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing inventory data, forecasting demand, building automated reports, and identifying insights to enhance operational performance.
This is a remote, full-time role with strong potential for growth within the company.

Requirements:

Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets; experience with pivot tables, formulas, macros) are a must-have.
Proven experience in demand forecasting, trend analysis, or inventory analytics is required.
Ability to build automated reports and visualize data for non-technical stakeholders is essential.
Experience interpreting operational and supply chain data is necessary.
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is a nice-to-have.
Scripting experience (e.g., Python, VBA) for data cleaning or automation is preferred.
Experience in the consumer goods or eCommerce industry is advantageous.
Candidates should have 3+ years in a data analyst or supply chain analyst role.
A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
