  • The internship is open to students enrolled in a doctorate program in the United States, typically lasting 12 weeks, with flexibility for spring or fall semester internships.
  • Interns will work with the AI Team on perception-related jobs and the necessary data platform and ML infrastructure for autonomous vehicles.
  • Opportunities include investigating cutting-edge problems in AI/CV/ML for autonomous vehicles and the chance to publish research work.
  • Project areas may include multi-modal semantic segmentation, real-time perception tasks, temporally-aware data representations in video sequences, and panoptic segmentation in multi-modal data sequences.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should preferably be 3+ year PhD students.
  • A strong foundation in Computer Vision and Machine Learning is required.
  • Ability to develop, train, and validate AI/CV/ML models is essential.
  • Experience with 3D computer vision, multi-modal perception, and/or point cloud processing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art deep learning techniques, such as multi-modal foundational models, is necessary.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or C++ are required.
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch is essential.
