Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a product-led, fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional PHP development experience, with extensive knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and backend development technologies.
  • In-depth experience in developing and maintaining scalable, secure backend applications, including creating APIs, handling authentication, managing database interactions, and integrating third-party services.
  • Ability to ensure clear documentation of created/modified functionality for team collaboration and knowledge transfer.
  • Strong expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with a strong understanding of database design and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and testing frameworks to support an automated development lifecycle.
  • Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations, and product.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills to tackle complicated problems.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to rapid changes in technology and business requirements.
  • Readiness to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate accountability for results.
