Remote PHP Developer

Description:

• Deployteq is looking for a highly skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join their team in Utrecht, Zeist, Netherlands.
• The developer will be responsible for the development of a cutting-edge marketing automation platform in Europe.
• The role involves working on innovative projects like automation of new marketing channels such as WhatsApp and Push Notifications, and developing a Customer Data Platform.
• The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of skilled developers to continuously improve and innovate the Marketing Automation Platform.
• Responsibilities include developing new software modules, working with microservices (Kubernetes), and ensuring the successful delivery of millions of emails annually.
• The developer will also be involved in creating tailor-made solutions for customers, testing and optimizing development work, and maintaining code quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum HBO work and thinking level is required for this position.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a PHP Developer, primarily in backend development.
• Strong experience in PHP7, MySQL, JavaScript (ExtJS), and object-oriented programming is essential.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Linux is considered advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with the team to design and launch new features.
• Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies is expected.
