Description:

AlgbraLabs is seeking a Platform/DevOps Engineer to join their team remotely from Turkiye.
The role involves contributing to the development, operations, and security of a large, multi-environment platform.
The engineer will work with modern technologies and systems, including FluxCD, Istio, Karpenter, Trivy, Elastic (ECK), and TektonCD.
Responsibilities include contributing to platform tooling and setup, ensuring platform and systems operate without issues, and improving security posture.
The engineer will collaborate closely with the wider engineering team and contribute to the growth of the platform while maintaining simplicity and manageability.
The work will directly impact production systems across various products and B2B partners, emphasizing resiliency, security, and fault detection.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a passion for modern Kubernetes stacks and experience with modern Kubernetes technologies.
Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform is required.
Candidates should have experience with workloads exposed to the Internet and infrastructure automation.
A good understanding of software development practices and processes is necessary.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
A security-conscious mindset is required.
Experience with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Terraform, Docker, SQL, and Non-SQL databases is expected.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset are important.
Nice-to-haves include experience with Prometheus, Istio, FluxCD, TektonCD, Harbor, Sentry, familiarity with GoLang or Python, and experience in a regulated industry.
