Responsibilities include participating in product planning throughout the Software Development Lifecycle and ensuring a high-quality customer experience with the products.
The DevEx team focuses on enhancing developer productivity and has developed an internal tool called Giger for creating sandboxed production-like environments.
The new team dedicated to Developer experience will initially focus on improving Giger.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with Node.js or any other programming language.
Solid experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker is required, with a minimum of 2+ years.
General experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms is necessary.
Experience with Postgres/MySQL and messaging systems like RabbitMQ, NATS, or Kafka is required.
Strong system design and problem-solving skills are essential, as the role often involves dealing with unknown challenges.
Candidates should have experience building complex CI/CD pipelines, specifically using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Experience in building an observability toolchain, including logs and metrics, is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary for orchestrating projects across 20+ teams.
Candidates should be hands-on troubleshooters and ready to face challenges.
Extra points for experience in building internal tooling, such as npm packages or frameworks, and past experience in Developer Experience or Platform teams.
