Lucca is seeking a Senior/Expert Platform Engineer with a focus on .NET to join their DevX team, which aims to enhance developer velocity and productivity while ensuring product quality.
The position is full-time and can be performed remotely from France (Paris, Nantes, or Marseille).
Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience and a Bac+5 degree.
The salary range is between €70,000 and €85,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
The role involves improving internal tools and libraries for developers, evolving the preview management system, enhancing release qualification processes, and advancing the CI/CD stack.
The team operates in a mature and scalable ecosystem, with opportunities to work on new projects as the infrastructure migrates from VM Ansible to Kubernetes bare-metal.
The company has a significant scale, with over 300 GitHub repositories and 80 applications developed in .NET 8.0, handling 300k requests per minute and serving over a million users globally.
The infrastructure includes over 900 VMs, 700 TB of data, and 16 production clusters, with a growth rate of 50% per year.
The technology stack includes .NET, Angular, SQL Server, Redis, RabbitMQ, and monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a deep understanding of .NET, including the runtime and framework, and be familiar with architectural best practices.
A passion for optimizing developer experience and a focus on resilience and availability are essential.
Knowledge of network architectures and security best practices is required.
Candidates should have a good understanding of Kubernetes and CI/CD patterns.
Proficiency in English at a C1 level is necessary for making presentations.
