Description:

  • The Platform Staff Engineer for the Salesforce Team will be responsible for owning and driving the design, planning, and implementation of new product features on the Verifiable SaaS platform.
  • They will ensure alignment between platform and client apps teams on solution approach and execution, as well as the scalability and extensibility of new features.
  • Responsibilities also include reviewing pull requests, safeguarding code quality, collaborating with other engineering leads, owning technical documentation, and mentoring team members on code maintainability, security, and efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in building or scaling high-load SaaS platforms, building integrations with 3rd party software services or platforms, and Salesforce development using APEX, LWC, VisualForce, Triggers, etc.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development roles with progressive growth.
  • Experience acting as a tech lead or staff engineer, providing guidance and mentorship to one or more engineering teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, attention to details, and communication skills.
  • Experience building integrations between Salesforce ecosystem and 3rd party APIs.
  • Humble, collaborative, and self-aware attitude.
  • Nice to have: Experience interacting with, supporting, or building & maintaining Salesforce packages, Experience working with Web or Full Stack frameworks is a plus.
