Description:

  • The Post-Sales Solutions Engineer will work remotely, specifically targeting candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • This role involves onboarding and training clients, helping them discover and build new use cases, and actively working to grow their accounts.
  • The engineer will partner closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for new enterprise customers.
  • Responsibilities include developing customized solutions to help customers maximize the use of the platform and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication.
  • The engineer will also collaborate with the product team to gather customer insights for feature development.
  • The company is a fully remote organization, requiring employees to work from 9am to 5pm in their respective time zones, from Pacific to Eastern.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a solutions consultant, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology organization.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of AI consulting or solutions experience is required.
  • Strong technical aptitude is necessary, with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The ideal candidate should be a creative problem solver who can identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset are crucial, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
